She went on to reiterate how she viewed her TV show, and the importance of her music career to her, revealing that she had used TV as a vehicle to launch her singing career, rather than being a TV star who was transitioning into pop. Though the noughties were coming to a close, Brooke was still rocking some trusty '00s staples, including iconic Y2K hairstyles that are easy to get yourself, like face-framing tendrils.

Despite the upheaval in her family unit and the energy she was throwing into her musical career, Brooke Hogan still had plenty of time to stay on trend, no matter the setting. At the 2010 Downtown LA Fashion Week, she wore a simple, casual outfit that was the epitome of stylish at the time. She paired some simple flared jeans with a rolled hem with a dark-purple flowy tank top with a crochet neckline. She accessorized with large hoop earrings and wore her hair in a simple but chic half-up, half-down style.

You have to be country, or you have to be pop, and I am like, what if I was raised on a bunch of music? What if I just love music?" She expanded on the idea, noting that country music had begun to feel more meaningful to her over the years. "Country, as I got older, it started making sense," she explained. "Being a songwriter, it started to mean more to me and this just was pulling me in that direction."

That year, Brooke was using her writing skills not just to write songs but also to express herself through poetry and share her feelings about her father. At the time, Hulk Hogan was experiencing backlash for racist remarks he'd made in the past. In his defense, Brooke Hogan took to Facebook to share a since-deleted poem titled "If You Knew My Father." According to Business Insider, the poem starts with the lines, "If you knew the dad I knew, you'd know his tender heart," and implores readers to look past her father's mistakes and imperfections to see the man she knows so well. 

In the mid-2010s, Brooke Hogan's style seemed to take on a more sophisticated and low-key direction. While she'd rocked all kinds of bright and lively colors in the past, this year, she started opting for more simple, all-black looks. While attending an event in Santa Monica in 2016, Hogan wore an outfit that was both sultry and simple, featuring a long black cardigan and a short black romper with lace panels on the side. She accessorized with some playful black tassel earrings but kept the look low-key overall with nude nails and nude sandals.

She wasn't just wearing black ensembles in formal settings, though; she was also going for sleek black styles in everyday situations, as well. The same year, she was snapped by paparazzi at the Los Angeles Airport, along with her two adorable dogs each in their own carrying bag, wearing an all-black look. In 2017, Brooke Hogan had an exciting moment in her acting career with the role of Amber Fredrickson in the Netflix show "Glow," which explores the world of female wrestlers in the 1980s. Not only was she navigating new shores in her career, but she was making changes in how she expressed her style, too. By the later part of the 2010s, Hogan's look was all about overt glamour once again.

At the premiere of "Glow," Hogan wore a glitzy black minidress that featured a bold, intricate pattern as well as long black fringe sleeves, creating a look that was eclectic but also chic. Another gave some insight into her favorite celebrities: "Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton are the nicest, and most stunning celebrities I've ever met." While she may have been sharing a lot on her Instagram during this time, there were some things that she was definitely keeping to herself. In 2022, she quietly married NHL star Steven Olesky in a Florida ceremony.

In 2023, Brooke Hogan's father Hulk Hogan was getting married for a third time, and some noticed that Brooke wasn't present for the ceremony. Choosing to address this directly herself, she took to Instagram to open up about her relationship with her father and her family in general. In the post, she wrote, "As we all experience this with our own families, the dynamics of a family unit continuously change over the years. With that being said, my family has experienced a LOT of change."

She also addressed the fact that at this point in her life, she was choosing to put her focus on herself, continuing, "For my own journey to healing and happiness, I have chosen to create some distance between myself and my family, and am focusing on people and things that heal my heart and align with my own personal beliefs, goals and values."

That theme of focusing on herself wasn't just present in her post addressing her absence from her father's wedding; she also touched on the subject in another Instagram post where she can be seen in a lime-green bikini and a top knot. In her caption, she shared her feelings on fitness and finding time for yourself, saying "Eating right and getting workouts on top of it feels nearly impossible when you've already been tired for years and sun up to sun down you are faced with work that seems to have a pile on effect. ... I feel like I'm constantly trying to find balance."

Heading into the mid-2020s, Brooke Hogan was continuing with the theme of opening up and sharing her life with fans. Even though Hogan had already secretly tied the knot years before, it wasn't until 2024 that she shared her marriage news with the world. In an Instagram post from New Year's Day, she shared a picture of her husband and added the caption, "A rare sighting of the husband. We like to keep to ourselves, but somehow, the news is out. So here he is, people: The kindest, sweetest badass you'll ever meet." 

Later that year, Hogan was showing something else off. In another Instagram post from the summer of 2024, she shared a selfie that showcased her large, oval-shaped diamond engagement ring and wedding band, which she captioned "​​Just happy to be here."
