Experience
Working as a professional content writer for nearly a decade, Erin has offered her insight to various health and wellness brands based on her time working in the mental health field. Before she spent five years working as a crisis counselor for various local and regional suicide prevention hotlines, she worked in an adolescent substance use treatment facility, facilitating discussions on coping skills. She has written for Now with Purpose, Positive Vibes Magazine, and SoberRecovery. She has been a part of the Health Digest family since 2021.
Education
Erin graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a double major in psychology and theater.
