The KarJenners are known for many things, but sticking to the same hairstyle isn't one of them. Over the years, the sisters have had everything from wet-look bobs and chic platinum lobs to mushroom-brown bangs and candy-pink tresses. The one member of the family who hasn't been so willing to experiment is matriarch Kris Jenner, so the momager debuting an unexpected slicked bob wasn't exactly on our 2025 bingo card.

Jenner showcased her new 'do on Instagram at the end of March, where she posted a selection of photos from a recent wedding. The style featured wet-look slick hair grazing no lower than her jawbone, with not a single strand out of place except for a very intentional and dramatic forehead curl. Since the dramatic new cut is such a pivot from Jenner's signature pixie, the change has made headlines, and many commenters have given the reality star their tick of approval for its youthful quality. "Kris almost features an oval-shaped face, so this new look is a perfect style for her," explains William Whatley, celebrity hairstylist and creative education director for Scruples. In an exclusive chat with Glam, Whatley notes, "This style that is slicked back and tucked behind her ear really showcases her beautiful shaped face and her high cheekbones. This is very reminiscent of the '20s slicked-back bob style. I am especially loving the accent curl bang piece."

For Kris Jenner, at least, the slick bob may have been a one-time thing, as her Instagram shows a return to her go-to pixie after the wedding (although we're also loving the slightly longer bixie look she posted for an April shoot, which saw her rocking a half-up, half-down style). But if you want to copy-paste this slick look, Whatley says, "This feels like a one-length bob style with a slight fringe bang, allowing that fabulous curl accent piece in the front." With a top-tier glam squad at her beck and call, Kris Jenner can create any hair look at the drop of a hat, but you can also achieve this popular wet-hair look at home, even if you don't have a team of hairstylists at your disposal. "Virtually minutes is all it takes to achieve one of these looks by quickly applying product, combing it back, tucking it behind the ears, and then being ready to go," William Whatley explains exclusively to Glam. "I would use a Scruples product called Enforce Sculpting Glaze that would hold the hair in perfect place but give incredible shine. This gives an overwhelming youthful look." This observation is seconded by a slew of Instagram users who took to Jenner's comment section with quips like, "For a minute I thought it was Kim dressed like Kris" and, "Looking young and restless."
