Outdated Outfits Tiffany Trump Has Been Caught Wearing

Tiffany Trump has been in the spotlight since she was young, which comes as no surprise with a family as famous as hers. Unfortunately, part of fame comes with scrutiny, and that includes her wardrobe choices being dissected. All eyes were on Tiffany even more as her father Donald Trump took his place as POTUS in 2017 and that's when she needed help with her style. "I don't think she went into it with any idea what she was doing," stylist Phillip Bloch told CNN. "My goal is to make her a style star. This is not about politics. This is a girl who loves her dad and my job is making dreams come true. I create princesses and fashion stars and that is my goal," he continued.

Working with a stylist isn't always possible, however, and it's clear by some of the fashion misses Tiffany has made. While she has had a glow-up in recent years, we just can't unsee some of the outdated 'fits the fourth child of number 45 has chosen for her OOTD.

Tiffany Trump rang in 2020 with a boring NYE outfit

Did Tiffany Trump raid her mom Marla Maples' closet? It sure seemed that way when she dressed up for an end-of-year event at Mar-a-Lago. Instead of a glittery dress for New Year's Eve, Trump opted for a conservative white floor-length gown with a black lacy overlay. The Dar Sara High Fashion dress was undoubtedly very expensive but we feel like it would have been suited more for someone in their 50s rather than their late 20s, which is how old Tiffany was at the time.

Tiffany Trump showed up as a showgirl

It seems Tiffany Trump's style of choice is outdated sparkly dresses. This time, she showed up at the 2019 amfAR Gala in Cannes in a nude gown with shiny silver accents. For such a celebrity-studded event which included Eva Longoria and Kendall Jenner, Trump's choice of 'fit was more Las Vegas showgirl than French chic. Her diamond earrings with an onyx accent were also quite old-fashioned-looking and did nothing to complement her yawn-inducing look.

Tiffany Trump's Y2K wide belt

The year 2000 called, and it wants Tiffany Trump's oversized belt back. In 2019, Trump arrived at the Taoray Wang fashion show dressed like she dug up her accessory from days of skirts over pants and low-rise jeans. Wide belts were also in style back then, and thankfully, we've resumed wearing normal-sized ones. Unfortunately, Trump decided to make them a thing again, but we think her watercolor-print dress would have been perfectly fine without her oversized leather belt.

Tiffany Trump was knot fashion-forward with her shirt

Knotting a button-up shirt at the waist was all the rage in the 1950s, and while it can add structure to an otherwise boxy 'fit, Tiffany Trump did it all wrong with her all-black ensemble. She chose to wear a satiny black shirt as a jacket over a tight dress, but the result just looked like she haphazardly threw it on at the last minute. A leather jacket or a trendy bolero would have polished up her look much better.

Tiffany Trump's paint-spattered dress needs to go back to the early 2000s

In 2008, Tiffany Trump was around 15 years old, so she hadn't yet come into her own sense of fashion. Although her parents are well-off, we wouldn't be surprised if she was shopping at Wet Seal and Delia's like other teens at the time. We get that Y2K fashion is back, but hopefully she didn't keep this multi-colored dress with the awful pattern, as we can't see it ever making a comeback. The nude-colored peep-toe heels are welcome to stay in the past as well.

Tiffany Trump fully embraced Y2K fashion

Tiffany Trump and her mom Marla Maples had a twinning moment in their blue dresses for a 2009 pre-Oscars party. We get that the early aughts red-carpet fashion was much more casual, but the pair looked like they were wearing cover-ups at the beach rather than dressed to impress. Trump's shiny blue frock was the epitome of the fashion of the time, as were her chunky sandals. Someone go back in time and send her a stylist, stat.
